If the countries people get jobs then the gdp will improve and the country will have more tourism, earning more money, and improving from being a third world country, to becoming a better developed country.

Now that people will be employed they will have the chance to get an income for once. Instead of being unemployed. People will finally have a chance to learn again, a job provides a workforce education.
